Mecal's submission

Mecal, the International Short Film Festival of Barcelona, will be changing dates and heading for a new course. From our busy period of September to next April, in spring time.

So the next edition of Mecal will take place from the 27th March to the 5th of April 2009. Therefore, the submission period will start around November 2008.
